FOW Company Hospitality Team We are 50 members strong going into “tech week”, the 8 day period when the cast and crew, and apprentices and interns are pulling out all the stops to bring the performances together for the opening a few days after that. June 13 thru June 20 they will be working LONG hours and days and we will be feeding them the majority of that time. We want to keep them healthy and well nourished for the push.Other times we will be taking care of them are during the “tech” time for The Daly News (likely to be July 1 and 2), and a number of “double performance” dates (2 plays in the same day): July 3, July 10, July 17, July 24, July 31. (all Saturdays), and Wednesday July 21

Members of AAUW and the Bluff Country Coop will be providing meals on other double performance dates. These groups have provided meals to GRSF folks in the past; we welcome their help (and thank them too).

If anyone has friends who you think would like to share their raved about dishes or store bought generosity, please direct them to Debbie Sheets or 507-458-3451. The greater our numbers the easier it is to feed a large number many meals! Thank you! Debbie Sheets, Laura Armstrong and Jenni McHugh, Company Hospitality co-leaders.
